New Year, New Hope

I hope you had safe and joyous holiday season. It was pretty quiet on our side. It was the first year without my adult (gulp) son as he was working out of state. So it was just three of us.

As the year began, I was inspired by the theme of hope. Everywhere I looked, everything just seemed hopeful. What I saw yesterday, was awful and there are no words. But I must say, I knew January was going to be a hard month nationally. But I am going to hold onto hope. I am going to hope that I can soon see our family and dear friends that we haven't been able to. I am going to hope that we can soon travel freely again. I am going to hope to be able to hug anyone and everyone! (I am a bit of a hugger! lol)

I am going to hope for change and understanding.

As I venture into the third year of being an artist… YES! I finally feel confident enough to say I am an artist… 2021 is going to be a wonderful year of new art, exciting events and more. So thank you for joining me on this adventure!

xo, Jen
